Lifetime limited warranty on the frame (against defective materials or workmanship on all aluminum rails, components, clamps, hinges and hardwares), and 5 years on the tarp. (against defective materials or workmanship on the vinyl cover)

RETURN PROCEDURE
We accept return or exchange within 14 days after package delivered.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you ship back the package.
Kindly be advised no refund will be issued if the item received not in new condition (scratched, dent or damaged ).
If buyer order wrong products, we accept return and refund money on item. the initial shipping fee (depends on weight/dimension/buyer location by ground shipping) and 15% restocking fee is non refundable when we received the item returned in new condition.
