RETURN PROCEDURE
We accept return or exchange within 30 days after package delivered.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you ship back the package.
Kindly be advised no refund will be issued if the item received not in new condition (scratched, dent or damaged ).
If buyer order wrong products, we accept return and refund money on item. the initial shipping fee (depends on weight/dimension/buyer location by ground shipping) and 20% restocking fee is non refundable when we received the item returned in new condition.

Items may not be returned if they are installed, damaged or scratched while in your care. Please return all items in its original new condition with box. no refund will be made for damaged, scratched parts.
Refuse non-defective and non-damaged items is not acceptable, the shipping fee (depends on weight/dimension/buyer location by ground shipping) for both delivery and 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Please inspect all items as soon as package received. If the freight shipment arrives damaged, do not sign or accept the package, or you can contact us about the damaged item within 2 days of item receipt.
If we ship the wrong item or defective product(s), please contact us immediately, we will provide you a return shipping label for taking back wrong item, and cover all the cost for exchange.

Your order(s) will be processed within 1-3 business days, we will ship your package by UPS Ground. Please inform us your physical address, we don't ship package to PO Box.
